What you’ll be doing
Managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities
Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored vehicle and finance solutions
Building long-term relationships with customers and suppliers
Working towards clear, achievable sales targets in a performance-led environment

Mon–Thurs: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Holiday allowance starting at 20 days + bank holidays, increasing with length of service
Supportive, knowledgeable team with quality leads and strong supplier relationships

What we’re looking for
Proven sales experience (automotive or B2B preferred, not essential)
Confident communicator with a consultative mindset
Target-driven, motivated, and commercially aware
Ambition to grow and earn in a performance-led role
