Associate Dentist Opportunity
_(obviously __*do not*_ _apply if you do not have a license to practice dentistry)_
*Biological • Airway-Focused • Whole-Body Dentistry*
Bozeman, Montana
We are a world-renowned biological and airway-focused dental practice, and we’re growing—fast.
Patients travel from *around the globe* to receive care in our office, and at this point we are turning away large volumes of pediatric and restorative dentistry simply because we don’t have enough hands. We’re ready to change that.
We are looking for a *capable, caring, hardworking dentist* who is excited to learn, grow, and practice dentistry at the highest level.
Who This Is For
This position is ideal for:
* A newer dentist who wants to be *trained the right way* from the beginning
* Or a more experienced dentist who is *curious, open-minded, and ready to level up* into a completely different kind of practice
Either way, you must be:
* Intelligent, driven, and coachable
* Open-minded and excited to learn new paradigms
* Committed to excellent quality and patient-centered care
* Comfortable (or willing to become comfortable) with *restorative dentistry, pediatrics, and airway-focused care*
What Makes Our Practice Different
We do not practice “assembly-line dentistry.”
We practice *big-picture, whole-body dentistry*, including:
* Airway-focused orthodontics and sleep-disordered breathing care
* Biological and toxin-conscious protocols
* Ceramic implants
* High-dose vitamin C IVs for surgical patients
* Vitamin D testing and optimization
* Pediatric airway development and early intervention
* Dentistry that integrates oral health with systemic wellness
If you’re curious about how dentistry impacts *sleep, breathing, inflammation, development, and long-term health*, you will thrive here.
Training & Mentorship
We are *willing to train the right person in everything they need to know*—from airway philosophy to biological protocols to how to think differently about diagnosis and treatment planning.
What we cannot train is:
* Work ethic
* Integrity
* Curiosity
* Commitment to excellence
Compensation & Expectations
* *We pay well*
* We expect *excellent quality*
* This is a high-trust, high-responsibility environment
* You will be busy immediately—there is no shortage of patients
Location
Bozeman, Montana—an incredible place to live if you value:
* Outdoor adventure
* A strong, health-oriented community
* A balanced but high-performance lifestyle
The Bottom Line
If you want:
* To be trained by leaders in biological and airway dentistry
* To practice a higher level of care
* To work in a practice that does things _very_ differently
* And to grow personally and professionally
