We’re looking for a curious, driven
Junior Data Scientist
to join our London-based team, working in a flexible hybrid environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s eager to apply their technical skills to real-world business problems and learn from experienced data professionals.
You’ll be part of a collaborative data and analytics function, contributing to projects that span predictive modelling, analytics, and insight generation - all while developing your skills in a supportive, growth-focused environment.
In this role, you’ll:
Assist in developing and evaluating predictive and analytical models using statistical and machine learning techniques
Support data pipelines, including data collection, cleaning, and feature engineering
Create dashboards, visualisations, and reports that translate data into clear, actionable insights
Work closely with analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making
Explore areas such as forecasting, optimisation, automation, or NLP using Python, SQL, and modern ML libraries
Contribute to best practices around data quality, documentation, and reproducibility

What we’re looking for:
A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
Some hands‑on experience with data analysis or machine learning (internships, placements, academic or commercial projects)
Strong Python fundamentals and exposure to libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and scikit‑learn
A solid understanding of statistics, data wrangling, and model evaluation
Confidence working with SQL and structured datasets
☁️ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and version control tools like Git
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
