Introduction

Our client is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their Concord, Ontario office. This is a fully in-office position, ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and values long-term stability. Fluency in French and English is required.

What You'll Do

You will manage full-cycle sales orders, support internal teams, and serve as a key point of contact for clients in the food and grocery sector. Your work will directly support the outside sales team and ensure timely, accurate order processing.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and manage approximately 20 customer orders daily using a proprietary ERP system
  • Coordinate with outside sales to provide order updates
  • Follow up with accounting on credit terms and with purchasing on non-inventory items
  • Manage RMAs and track open orders
  • Distribute orders internally for shipping
  • Run daily reports to expedite open sales orders
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments

Qualifications

  • Fluently bilingual in English and French, both spoken and written
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in order entry or customer service within a product-focused environment
  • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communicator with excellent organizational skills
  • Post-secondary education required
  • Must be willing to complete a criminal background check post-offer

Benefits

  • $50,000 to $55,000 base salary (up to $60,000 for highly experienced bilingual candidates)
