Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Strengthen customer relationships by engaging key accounts and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Lead and Inspire: Attract and retain top talent, investing in the team through coaching, training and facilitating opportunities for career growth.
  • Drive Growth: Lead the sales team, develop sales strategy, establish targets, measuring performance, and motivating and coaching the team to meet and exceed growth objectives.
  • Optimize Operations: Lead the operations team, overseeing operational standards, cost control, productivity and efficiency across departments.
  • Drive Efficiencies: Manage outbound logistics and fleet operations, including asset utilization and maintenance. Oversee branch inventory levels and shrink control initiatives.
  • Drive Safety Culture: Champion safety culture in the workplace, ensuring compliance with all internal safety programs and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of leadership experience, with previous business-to-business management considered an asset.
  • Ability to successfully lead change. 
  • Self-driven learner. 
  • Strong sales and business acumen, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Undergraduate degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
