What You'll Do:

• Assist in butchery operations across Banff Hospitality Collective venues
• Work with the Chef team to maintain kitchen organization, efficiency, and quality standards
• Manage food records, minimize waste, and ensure proper food storage
• Enforce sanitary practices, maintain kitchen and butchery equipment, and ensure compliance with regulations
• Perform other assigned duties

What You Have:

• 1 - 2 years of culinary experience required
• Butchery certification is an asset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards for H&S practices 
• You have excellent communication skills and understand the importance of effective communication and workplace culture
• Flexible schedule required
• A valid driver's license is considered an asset, but not required
