What You'll Do:
- Assist in butchery operations across Banff Hospitality Collective venues
- Work with the Chef team to maintain kitchen organization, efficiency, and quality standards
- Manage food records, minimize waste, and ensure proper food storage
- Enforce sanitary practices, maintain kitchen and butchery equipment, and ensure compliance with regulations
- Perform other assigned duties
What You Have:
- 1 - 2 years of culinary experience required
- Butchery certification is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards for H&S practices
- You have excellent communication skills and understand the importance of effective communication and workplace culture
- Flexible schedule required
- A valid driver's license is considered an asset, but not required
