Responsibilities:
- Organize, prepare and/or assist in the development of proposals, listings, letters of intent, sales agreements and presentations.
- Prepare marketing packages, reports, and listing presentations, including brochures using corporate templates.
- Coordinate market reports, conduct comparative analyses as required.
- Review leases and title documents, creating summaries as required.
- Maintain and update property listings on various sites.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, printing and binding marketing packages, telephone calls, couriers, and mailing.
- Attend and participate in corporate meetings and events with executive clients.
- Special project requests and any other administrative tasks as required.
- Previous experience in a real estate office environment is required.
- Post-secondary education in Business/ Office Administration or Marketing is preferred.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign would be well-regarded, though not required.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet client deadlines.
- Ability to work well independently while providing support to a team.
