As the Aerospace Inside Sales Representative, you will actively manage the full customer order lifecycle and serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve issues, support AOG requirements, assist with accounts receivable challenges, and drive order fulfillment. In this role, you will be based out of our Huntsville, AL office and work a hybrid schedule, 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home. You will report to the Customer Service Supervisor. Key Responsibilities
Process incoming purchase orders from customers and provide acknowledgement. Provide updates to customers on purchase order delivery progress. Participate in scheduled calls/meetings with customers to review open orders, pending returns, etc. Allocate parts for shipment. Work with various departments to ensure orders ship in a timely manner. Send Quotations and Dispositions to customers. Work with customers to resolve Returned Goods issues. Assist AR team to resolve customers issues that are blocking payments. Be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries about products, order status, or complaints. Escalate inquiries to respective department or commercial team to get feedback for customers. Obtain and maintain Export Documentation. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer complaints, orders and interactions. Provide support for AOG (Aircraft on Ground) requirements. Carry AOG cellphone on a rotating basis (one-week intervals), to provide 24-hour support. Qualifications
Only U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, and political asylees or refugees are eligible to apply. College Degree or 4+years of customer service experience is required. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Capable of managing stakeholders with significant influencing ability at all levels in the organization.
