We are seeking a
Mobile App Performance Marketing Manager
to own the strategy and execution of high-impact user acquisition campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling global accounts using a full-funnel approach. You won't just be "running ads" you will be integrating paid peaks with organic beats to establish ongoing platform dominance. Key Responsibilities
Paid Social Mastery:
Plan, execute, and scale high-volume campaigns across Meta and TikTok, leveraging user-generated content (UGC) and Spark Ads to drive viral growth loops. Search Excellence:
Manage and optimise Apple Search Ads (ASA) and Google App Campaigns (ACi), using themed ad groups, CPA guardrails, and competitor strategies. Full-Funnel Integration:
Work closely with our ASO and Creative teams to ensure paid acquisition synergises with App Store Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and custom product pages (CPPs). Data-Led Decision Making:
Use tools like TikTok’s Video Insights and our proprietary ASO technology to interpret audience behaviour and refine creative scripts. Scaling & Testing:
Rapidly deploy creative testing cycles (averaging 10+ new creatives per week) to find winning formulas and maximise ROI within strict CPI targets. Qualifications
Platform Expertise:
Proven track record of managing significant monthly spend across Meta, TikTok (including Spark Ads), Apple Search Ads, and Google Ads. Performance Focused:
Expert knowledge of mobile marketing analytics, attribution, and LTV:CAC ratio monitoring. Creative Intuition:
Ability to collaborate on "TikTok-first" creative thinking—understanding that the best ads don't look like ads. Technical Proficiency:
Comfortable working with App Store Connect and mobile measurement partners (MMPs) to track deep-funnel events and habit formation. Collaborative Mindset:
Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams (Growth, Creative, and Data) to drive cohesive brand goals. Industry Background:
