Personal Care Aide

Mount Carmel Senior Living Community is seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aide to join our team in a full-time role. This position requires working varied hours, one weekend per month, and every other holiday.

As a Personal Care Aide, you will provide daily care, support, and companionship to our residents in accordance with individualized care plans. No prior experience is required—training for medication administration is provided by the facility.

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Administer medications to residents who are not self-administering, following facility-provided training
• Support residents during mealtimes and help create a positive dining experience
• Provide compassionate companionship and foster meaningful resident relationships

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED required
