Distribution Center Associate

Position Summary
We're looking for a reliable and motivated Distribution Center Associate to join our 3rd Shift team. If you have experience in inventory, shipping, or warehouse operations and enjoy a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency matter, this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Do

• Efficiently manage, organize, and retrieve stock.
• Perform inventory counts, weight checks, and rotate stock using FIFO methods.
• Inspect merchandise and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Safely distribute products to assigned areas and operate motorized equipment such as forklifts.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Schedule

• Sunday: Noon until the end of production
• Monday – Thursday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

What You'll Bring

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory (experience in a distribution center is a plus)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable time management and the ability to complete tasks efficiently
• Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet (standing/walking) for at least 90% of the shift
• Comfortable operating pallet jacks, dollies, and other warehouse equipment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

• Experience operating a forklift or turret truck/stock picker
