Join Clutch Coffee Bar as a Regional Manager based out of the Triad area.

Are you a dynamic and experienced leader with a passion for coffee, a high level of energy, and the ability to inspire and mentor a young and vibrant staff? Are you excited about the challenge of managing five brand new stores while bringing a mature and strategic approach to the table? If so, we have an incredible opportunity waiting for you

What You'll Do:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the development of five brand new Clutch Coffee Bar locations within the Triad area.

  • Utilize your multi-site management experience to ensure operational excellence across all stores.

  • Bring your high energy and motivational skills to inspire and mentor a young and dynamic staff.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive sales and achieve targets.

  • Implement company policies, procedures, and quality standards to maintain consistency and uphold the brand's reputation.

  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute regional business strategies and marketing initiatives.

  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and employee engagement.

  • Utilize your maturity and strategic mindset to navigate challenges and seize growth opportunities.

Skills You'll Need:

  • 3+ years of multi-site management experience preferred, preferably in the coffee or food service industry.

  • A natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide a young and energetic team.

  • Demonstrated maturity, professionalism, and strategic thinking.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze financial data to make informed decisions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with team members and customers.

  • A passion for providing outstanding customer service and maintaining the highest quality standards.

  • Based out of the Winston-Salem, Clemmons, GSO area and able to do day trips of 1-3 hours distance. Travel expected is approximately 75% but most nights you will return to your home.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
