Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis and demonstrate a commitment to improving the lives of individuals with behavioral health challenges. This role involves working closely with children and individuals with disabilities, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing support to clients and their families.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies to promote positive behavioral changes in clients.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on data collection and analysis.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and family members, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavioral interventions and strategies.
• Stay informed of current research and best practices in the field of behavioral health.

Experience

• A valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification is required.
• Experience working with children and individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and patient care practices is beneficial.
• Strong skills in diagnostic evaluation and patient assessment are essential.
• Previous experience in behavioral health settings is preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
