Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including managing equipment, signage, and guest flow
• Manage guest inquiries and resolve conflicts promptly with professionalism and tact
• Support food service operations when applicable, including serving food and beverages or handling cash transactions accurately
• Maintain safety protocols by monitoring crowd behavior, enforcing rules, and acting swiftly in emergency situations such as medical incidents or safety hazards
• Provide clear public speaking or directions to guests during event activities or performances
• Support guest services by assisting children or special needs attendees, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and attended to

Requirements

• Previous experience in events management, hospitality, theater, or related fields is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to handle conflicts effectively while maintaining composure under pressure
• Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems is preferred
• Lifeguard experience or certification is a plus for water-related events or venues involving pools or beaches
• Comfortable working with children and providing engaging guest interactions
• Excellent communication skills for public speaking and guest engagement
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift equipment or supplies as needed, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
