? What You'll Do- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clinics, schools, therapy centers, and community organizations
- Conduct regular field visits, host conversations, and maintain warm follow-ups
- Identify and develop new referral opportunities
- Track outreach and referral activity (training provided)
- Work directly with leadership to shape strategy and territory planning

? What Background We're Looking ForWe're searching for someone who brings:
✓ Proven experience in sales or business developmentIdeally in healthcare, behavioral health, education services, or similar relationship-driven industries.
✓ Experience in commission-based or performance-based rolesYou've been responsible for creating results and have succeeded in doing so.
✓ A history of building relationships that lead to measurable outcomesYou understand trust-building, follow-through, and long-game relationship cultivation.
This is not an entry-level outreach role — we're looking for someone who already knows how to grow a territory and enjoys the craft of relationship-driven sales.
? CompensationTop performers can earn $120,000+/year, through:
