Job Description:
As an Entry-Level Body Shop Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, priming, and painting vehicles, ensuring a flawless finish that meets the high standards of our company and clients. You will work alongside experienced technicians, learning and applying techniques to create professional-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and applying primers.
• Mix and apply paint to vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
• Ensure high-quality finish by inspecting and correcting imperfections.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and handle all materials, tools, and equipment safely.
• Assist senior painters with more complex tasks as you gain experience.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required, but a strong willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of automotive painting techniques or a passion for learning about auto body work is a plus.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a good work ethic.
