Shift Manager Duties:

• Lead, coach, and motivate team members during assigned shifts
• Ensure top-quality food and service standards are consistently met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment
• Manage daily operations, including opening/closing duties and cash handling
• Support training and development of new team members
• Assist with scheduling and help ensure shifts are properly staffed
• Communicate effectively with management and team members

Shift Manger Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 1-2 years of restaurant experience
