Position Overview

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician who takes pride in making homes feel comfortable, fresh, and cared for. This is a position with consistent hours, supportive leadership, and opportunities for growth.

What You'll Do

• Clean and maintain residential homes using company-approved methods
• Deliver a high-quality, consistent clean for recurring and one-time clients
• Follow checklists while still using good judgment in each home
• Provide excellent, friendly customer service
• Maintain cleaning equipment and company supplies
• Communicate with the office and team as needed
• Represent our company's values of reliability, integrity, and treating everyone you interact with as you would your own family.

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently
• Ability to move, lift, bend, and be on your feet for several hours
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check
• Experience is a plus, but we happily train the right person

Schedule

• Flexible
• Monday–Friday with occasional optional Saturdays
• Typical start times between 8:00–9:00 AM
