Base Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience) + Uncapped Commission

On-Target Earnings: $50,000 – $80,000+ annually

Top Performers Earn: $90,000+

We are a high-performance authorized wireless retailer representing some of the most trusted mobile service providers in the U.S. We are expanding our in-store sales teams inside Walmart locations and are selectively hiring confident, competitive sales professionals who want real earning power, consistent schedules, and clear advancement paths.

This is not a Walmart employee position. You will be employed by a third-party authorized retailer operating inside Walmart stores.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy starting conversations, taking initiative, and being rewarded directly for performance.

What You'll Do:

• Proactively approach Walmart shoppers and initiate conversations
• Identify wireless and home connectivity needs through qualifying questions
• Educate customers on devices, plans, and current promotions
• Complete activations, upgrades, and number transfers
• Partner with a dedicated inside sales and activation support team to increase close rates
• Maintain a professional, compliant sales presence
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales goals
• This is an active, roaming sales role, not a passive kiosk position.

Schedule Expectations

• 6–8 hour shifts
• Weekend availability required
• Full-time and part-time schedules available
• Consistent weekly schedules (not project-based)

What We're Looking For

• Confident, outgoing personality comfortable approaching shoppers
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Competitive mindset and motivation to exceed goals
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment
• Reliable transportation and smartphone
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required

Wireless experience is a plus but not required. Paid training provided.
