Electrical Helper

High End Automation, a company specialized in residential and commercial technology solutions, is seeking a responsible, versatile, and motivated Electrical Helper to assist with installation, maintenance, and light construction tasks in automation, audio/video, networking, and access control projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation of low voltage electrical systems (wiring, devices, panels).
• Support cable routing, conduit installation, and structured cabling (audio, video, network, alarm).
• Perform light construction tasks such as drywall repairs, acoustic ceiling installation, and lightweight framing.
• Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas and equipment racks.
• Collaborate with lead technicians and report progress or issues on-site.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain professional appearance and conduct.
• Use basic power tools (drill, grinder, saw, etc.) safely and effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in handyman work, general maintenance, or electrical installations.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and hand/power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or ceilings.
• Valid documentation to work legally in the U.S. (W2 employment required).
• Valid driver's license and personal transportation (preferred).
• Basic to intermediate English (Spanish-speaking candidates welcome).
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Preference for young candidates with good physical condition and interest in technology.
