Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager with a strong background in pizza operations to lead our team and uphold our high standards of quality, service, and efficiency. This role requires an energetic leader who excels in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations Management: Oversee all front- and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and consistent quality.
- Quality Control: Maintain high food-quality standards with a special emphasis on pizza preparation, accuracy, and presentation.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and develop staff; provide coaching and maintain a positive work environment.
- Hands-On Management: Work alongside the team during peak hours; assist with prep, cooking, customer service, and problem-solving.
- Customer Experience: Ensure excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Inventory & Cost Control: Manage food and supply orders, monitor waste, and control labor and operating costs.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards throughout the restaurant.
- Performance Metrics: Track and improve KPIs including sales, labor efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of management experience in a pizza restaurant or similar fast-casual/dining concept.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage busy shifts and lead by example.
- Excellent understanding of pizza preparation, kitchen operations, and service standards.
- Ability to multitask, make decisions quickly, and stay organized under pressure.
- Knowledge of POS systems, scheduling, and basic financial reporting.
