Lead Member Services Associate

POSITION:

Are you a bubbly personality and passionate about fitness? Do you enjoy helping people reach their goals? Are you a leader? Our Member Services team welcomes our members into the studio and helps them with whatever they may need before and after classes. Our Lead Member Services Associates drive the growth of the studio by inviting potential members into the studio for our Free Intro classes, and explain our membership options. Our Member Services team is all about good vibes and making our studios an awesome place to be We are currently looking to fill the Lead position at our Third Ward studio.

REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Excellent communication, and customer service skills required
• Service-oriented with an ability to create an excellent membership experience across memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
• Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club in the community
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Some nights and weekends required
• Must have proficient computer skills
• Daily and/or occasional travel may be required (ability to work at multiple locations a plus)
• Other duties as assigned.
