IT Help Desk Technician

We're hiring an IT HELP DESK TECHNICIAN, and a successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, be a critical thinker, and have strong problem -solving skills.

What you'll do:

• Serve as point or contact with employees who need technical assistance via the Teams, Email, or Phone
• Provide technical support to employees by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation and LAN performance
• Provide answers to employees by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding employees through corrective steps, and training if required
• Maintain SLA's to ensure you are addressing needs in a timely manner
• Provide information and research new IT products and services
• Track problems and their resolution via the IT Ticketing System
• Provide feedback on processes and make recommendations on areas to the IT Director
• Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software, configuration of hardware and problem troubleshooting
• Collaborate with HR and Leadership on onboarding and off boarding employees

What you'll need to succeed:

• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 1 years working experience as an IT Help Desk Technician or System Admin
• Familiarity with Help Desk Systems
• Knowledge of Computer hardware and repairs desired
• Basic knowledge mobile devices desired
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization
