Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating logistics, leading warehouse staff, and ensuring efficient and safe operations that support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, logistics and order fulfillment
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Monitor and optimize warehouse layout and space utilization
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Team Leadership
- Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff including supervisors, forklift operators, and general warehouse workers
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to ensure adequate coverage and productivity
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability
Inventory Control
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems and best practices
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams to optimize stock levels
Quality & Safety
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA regulations throughout the facility
- Conduct regular safety training and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities
- Maintain quality control standards for all warehouse processes
Technology & Reporting
- Utilize ERP and other technology tools effectively
- Generate reports on warehouse metrics including productivity, accuracy, and inventory levels
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Implement process improvements and efficiency initiatives
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in technology or electronics distribution
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
- Proficiency with ERP system (preferably) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred:
- APICS or other supply chain certification (CPIM, CLTD)
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
- Familiarity with RF scanning equipment and automated warehouse systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) capabilities
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods throughout warehouse facility
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Comfortable working in warehouse environment with varying temperatures

Schedule
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (flexibility required during peak periods)
Pay: $49, $60,052.38 per year
