Job Summary (List Format): Software Architect (St. Louis, MO)

• Design and develop scalable architectural solutions for authentication products in e-commerce transactions (ID Check, Token Authentication Service, Token Authentication Framework).
• Write and enhance code for applications/services, ensuring adherence to high-quality development standards (code reviews, scanning, etc.).
• Drive prioritization decisions and balance trade-offs by working closely with product partners and stakeholders.
• Introduce and integrate new technologies and architectures in line with enterprise guidelines.
• Provide architecture and development guidance to team members, supporting best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Implement security best practices to safeguard applications from vulnerabilities.
• Build applications using open frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, , Angular, React) for both frontend and backend to maximize reuse and minimize development time.
• Apply advanced design patterns (e.g., MVC, service-to-worker, API gateway, dependency injection, lazy loading) for efficient coding and system design.
• Design and document highly available and performant microservice architectures.
• Review codebases across applications, identify anti-patterns, and promote continuous refactoring.
• Articulate technical debt and operational issues to facilitate prioritization and improve system reliability.
• Plan for platform and infrastructure capacity (database, compute, network, storage) and prioritize dependencies to reduce delivery lead times.
