SAP BTP Integration Suite Developer - Consultant

Position Type: Long Term Contract

Location: Remote with Occasional Onsite Requirements

The Role:

Madiba is currently in search for several SAP BTP Integration Suite Developers for our team. The role will be responsible for developing and integrating current legacy systems with S/4HANA using BTP Integration Services. Background and understanding of SAP PI/PO and the migration to SAP BTP Integrations Services would be ideal.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Several years of experience as a SAP BTP Integration Developer familiar with architecture, cloud deployment, and low-code/no-code application development
  • Strong understanding of integration requirements with SAP and third-party applications such as ZipHQ
  • Familiar in migrating SAP PI/PO to SAP BTP Integration Services is ideal
  • Experience working with SAP and Non-SAP teams to recommend design solutions
  • Strong background in defining BTP governance and best practices
  • Responsible for analyzing legacy custom code, adapting it for S/4HANA compatibility, and leveraging SAP BTP services to modernize and extend business applications
  • Design, develop, and deploy custom features using SAP BTP Integration Suite
  • Integrate S/4HANA systems with SAP BTP using APIs and SAP Integration Suite
  • Provide support for issues related to end-to-end interfaces, including troubleshooting and resolution of errors
  • Responsible for supporting any failures that may arise from the integration

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-8 years' experience as an SAP BTP Integration Suite Developer and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics or Accounting
  • Strong experience with Business Technology Platform (BTP) - Integration Suite within SAP
  • Competent programming skills in ABAP, SQL & proficiency in SAP Fiori development
  • Knowledge Cloud Connector configuration and administration is ideal
  • Experience refactoring legacy code to align with S/4HANA data models and APIs

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $ $130.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
