Service Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Service Advisor for our One Auto Express Center. This is an entry level into the Service Advisor field.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Greet all customers promptly and in a courteous manner.

· Establish rapport with customers.

· Communicate effectively with the parts department and technicians to complete repairs.

· Gain in depth knowledge of vehicles and technology.

· Follow up with customers and return email/voicemails timely.

· Utilize computer programs necessary to complete accurate quotes and billing.

· Review Repair Orders to ensure work is completed appropriately.

· Exhibit One Automotive Group Core Values.

· Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.

· All other duties as assigned

· A Saturday rotation is required
