We are currently hiring a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is passionate about providing excellent patient care.

Your Role:

As a CNA, you'll be a vital part of our clinical team, assisting patients with their daily needs and supporting their recovery journey. Responsibilities include:

  • Helping patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
  • Monitoring vital signs and intake/output as directed
  • Assisting with meals, toileting, and patient transfers using gait belts or mechanical lifts
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
  • Answering call lights promptly and treating all patients with dignity, respect, and kindness
  • Supporting admissions, discharges, and patient orientation when needed
  • Documenting care accurately and communicating effectively with nurses and staff

Schedule:

  • Evening Shift
  • Weekends
  • 8-hour shifts rotating weekends

Requirements

  • Current New Mexico CNA certification (required)
  • Current CPR certification (required)
  • Ability to work a rotating schedule that includes day and evening 8-hour shifts
  • Reliable, team-focused, and ready to pitch in where needed
  • Ability to meet physical demands such as standing, walking, lifting, and assisting with patient mobility
