About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and inspiring Quality Trainer to support and advance excellence across our Houston schools. This role is perfect for someone who blends deep educational expertise with a talent for coaching and a commitment to delivering the highest standards in early learning.

You will:

• Guide programs through state and licensing requirements with confidence and precision

• Provide impactful training, coaching, and professional development to elevate classroom quality

• Lead and support quality-rating initiatives, including Texas Rising Stars

• Conduct classroom observations, ensure curriculum fidelity, and drive continuous improvement

• Serve as the internal expert ensuring we consistently exceed expectations

Who You Are

• Knowledgeable in early childhood education standards, licensing, curriculum, and quality frameworks

• A strong communicator with natural coaching abilities

• Motivated by improving teacher practice and enhancing children's learning experiences

• Detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and committed to excellence

• Confident working directly in schools and building strong relationships with educators and leadership teams
