Overview

The Manager of Program Partnerships for the Big Y Program is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operational performance of TruX Retail Partner's field execution teams across multiple retail locations. This leadership role manages scheduling, payroll oversight, reporting, budgeting considerations, and travel coordination, while ensuring consistent operational excellence for our client, Big Y. As a key member of Operations, this position exercises independent judgment and decision-making authority in allocating resources, resolving issues in the field, enforcing company policies, and developing process improvements that support productivity, cost efficiency, and service quality.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and an effective communicator—someone who anticipates needs, brings structure to workflows, and leads others through clarity, consistency, and accountability. This role is essential in upholding TruX's values of truth, trust, and reliable execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage staffing plans, field schedules, and daily labor allocation to ensure adequate coverage across all assigned Big Y locations.
  • Oversee payroll and timekeeping compliance for the program, including reviewing hours, approving timesheets, validating mileage/expense submissions, and ensuring accuracy in alignment with company policy.
  • Adjust schedules, coverage, and resource allocation to meet program expectations.
  • Lead the coordination of travel logistics for field teams and leadership, ensuring cost-effective planning that supports operational needs.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze operational and performance reports, identifying trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between TruX leadership, field teams, Big Y personnel, and cross-functional partners to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
  • Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve workflow, accuracy, and productivity within the Big Y Program.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Program Partnerships on program planning, budget considerations, staffing forecasts, and strategic projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance with all company and client expectations.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to field employees where needed, escalated issues, and enforce company standards.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in operations management, retail field leadership, merchandising program management, or multi-site coordination.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team support skills, with experience guiding or overseeing distributed teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with consistent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working with reporting tools and operational systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadline-driven workloads.
  • Retail or CPG program experience strongly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48, $58,000.00 per year
