Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring all guest requests are met.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
• Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and adherence to food safety standards.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately while maintaining guest confidentiality.
• Uphold high standards of food handling and safety practices in accordance with health regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is a plus.
• Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to create positive dining experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by the business needs.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
