Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations, including picking, loading/unloading, and inventory handling, while maintaining safety, accuracy, and client core values. This role contributes to efficient workflow and balanced workload across warehouse functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform picking, packing, labeling, loading, and unloading of products
• Accurately select and verify items using pick labels and WMS
• Inspect inbound/outbound shipments and report damages or discrepancies
• Stage, wrap, and prepare pallets for shipment
• Support housekeeping, will-call pickups, special projects, and overtime as needed
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to lift 25–100 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Experience with warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) a plus
• Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and safety awareness
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow instructions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $24.00 per hour
