Help maintain the Corporate Vehicle Travel Policy, Fleet Operator User Guides, and Fleet Procedures, and communicate any changes to the organization.
Assist with AGCO's operational procurement contracts and ensure proper procurement and contract documentation.
Assist in creating and maintaining reports to support quarterly metrics and statistical exercises, and update data for manager review.
Support efforts to identify and mitigate vendor and contract risks during the procurement and contract lifecycle.
Support the relationship with vendors, assisting in identifying operational efficiencies and potential cost-saving opportunities.
