Job Purpose:

Endemol Shine North America (ESNA) is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to help direct press/publicity and cast management across a large and high-profile slate of TV projects. This position will work closely with executives, talent, producers, and external partners on launches and ongoing press and publicity efforts and will be called upon to coordinate media training and provide guidance to cast members of ESNA's unscripted series.

The successful candidate will possess a big-picture mindset, be able to align PR strategy with the overall business and show goals and have a proven track record of executing creative communications initiatives for television across multiple platforms.

Essential Responsibilities:

●     Serve as ESNA's primary liaison with network and streamer publicity teams, coordinating efforts for:

  • Casting / Talent / Series announcements
  • Series and new season launches.
  • Talent appearances, interviews, set visits, etc.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive, proactive multiplatform publicity campaigns for series launches and season maintenance.

●     Administer clear talent conduct guidelines and communications protocols, serving as the primary point of contact for cast questions/issues post-taping, during air, and post-show.

●     Draft and distribute timely internal communications (e.g., press digests, air date schedules, talking points) to cast, showrunners, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.

●     Keep cast and show runners informed on upcoming air dates, incoming press, and opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:

●     Must have 5+ years of progressive experience in entertainment publicity, ideally within a studio, network, or major agency environment focused on unscripted/reality television.

●     Established relationships with top-tier entertainment, lifestyle, and trade media contacts.

●     Experience with cast management and media training for unscripted series talent.

●     Experience with digital and social media publicity strategies and how to leverage them to amplify traditional press coverage and manufacture buzz.

●     Strong organizational acumen with the ability to manage multiple complex projects, prioritize under tight deadlines, and maintain grace under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

●     Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

●     A self-motivated, creative thinker who can contribute new ideas and execute them independently.

●     Superior attention to accuracy and detail.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be willing to submit to a background investigation.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
  • Must be 18 years or older.

Position Compensation:

At Endemol Shine North America, we understand the importance of a well-rounded benefits program and offer a competitive package including paid time off and 401k plan, with a salary range between $75,000-$90,000 depending on experience.
