We are looking for an experienced Layout Carpenter with strong skills in theodolite / builder's level operation and advanced print-reading ability.
Responsibilities:
- Layout of grade beams, columns, and walls with high accuracy
- Use of theodolite, builder's level, and standard layout tools
- Interpret construction drawings and coordinate with site supervision
- Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
- Proven experience as a layout carpenter
- Strong understanding of structural layout, benchmarks, and grid lines
- Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings
- Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work independently
Wage: Competitive, based on experience
