Job Summary:

We are seeking friendly and outgoing individuals to join our team as a Host/Host. The Host/Host will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality and guest relations to ensure a positive dining experience for our guests. This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Open doors for guests as they enter and exit the building

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival

• Escort guests to their designated tables and provide menus

• Assist guests with any special requests or accommodations

• Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements efficiently

• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station

• Collaborate with the waitstaff to ensure smooth flow of service

• Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner

• Operate the Aloha POS system for seating assignments and tracking reservations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A great smile

• Strong guest service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in phone etiquette and handling guest inquiries

• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus

• Knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations is beneficial

Pay: From $16.95 per hour
