We are pleased to share a new career opportunity for a Full-time Front Desk Administrator with a skincare clinic downtown Toronto. A dynamic and growing organization.
As the first point of contact for the clinic, the Front Desk Administrator plays a crucial role in shaping client perception and ensuring smooth daily operations. This position requires a professional who excels at multitasking in a fast-paced environment and possesses exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Reception Management: Greeting visitors, managing incoming communications, and maintaining an organized reception area.
- Scheduling: Managing clinic appointments and sending necessary reminders and confirmations.
- Customer Service: Addressing inquiries, maintaining a thorough knowledge of retail products and services, and processing feedback to improve service quality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Administrator or Receptionist.
- Previous experience in a spa or medspa environment is considered a significant asset.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type:
- Full time ( must be available to work weekends)
