The Grounds Guys of Caledon is seeking experienced Plow Truck Operators for our winter season.
Successful candidates will perform snow removal operations for both commercial and residential sites in and throughout the area of Orangeville. Previous experience with snow removal/snow plowing is an asset.
Applicants must be available to work as required during snowstorms including days, nights, and weekends. · Ability to work on-call shifts, including weekends and statutory holidays. · Contract Period - November 15, April 15, 2023. · Must be physically fit and able to perform such duties. · Follow all Health and Safety Regulations · Minimum 2 years experience operating a Truck and Plow combination.
Physical Demands / Work Environment: · Must be comfortable working outside in winter weather conditions to perform the essential duties of this position. · Must frequently lift/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift/or move up to 50 pounds.
Additional Requirements: · Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record · Must have own transportation to the yard when on call.
Compensation: $ $30.00 per hour
