Service Advisor

We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team. What You'll Do

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers in our service department
• Greet customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Listen to and understand customer concerns, documenting them clearly for our technicians
• Explain recommended services and repair options in an easy-to-understand manner
• Provide accurate cost estimates and repair timelines
• Schedule and manage service appointments to ensure on-time completion
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure quality and accuracy of work
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process with timely updates
• Address and resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain accurate service records and compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer service role in the automotive industry (luxury brand experience preferred)
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds ERA-IGNITE DMS preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Knowledge of vehicle systems and repair processes
• Valid CA Driver's License

Pay Range: $50, $150,000.00 per year
Job Type: Full-Time
