Compliance Coordinator

Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to work within our HR team.

Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a Home Care setting
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail with problem solving skills
• Strong customer service skills and background
• Clerical and administrative experience
• Enforcing corrective action where necessary

Requirements:

• Maintaining the upkeep of all caregiver files as well as maintaining compliance with PA 611 rules and regulations.
• Assisting the Senior HR Coordinator as needed with processing paperwork, onboarding caregivers, and documentation.
• Working with staff to identify and manage regulatory risk.
• Providing audit information to Senior HR Coordinator
• Coordinate with hiring manager on accepting and approving work authorization documents
