many fields across the country in the US including Michigan, Illinois, Iowa, New York, Texas, Arizona
and California.

Role Overview:

BotCrew is a fast-growing manufacturer company with a fast production rate increase of over 45%
and new hiring rate of over 35% in 2025. With the high demand of increased production while
keeping quality as our core focus throughout the entire production from pre-fabrication, welding,

assembly to deployment. We are seeking talented individuals to join our quality team who is
responsible for inspecting, testing, and validating all mechanical, welding, hydraulic, and electrical

assemblies throughout the production process including final inspections on completed robots. This
role will work closely with leaderships including CEO, CPO, Production Manager, Chief of Staff and
Group Leads to create, validate and conduct continuous improvement to our quality control system

with the potential of growing into the leadership of quality department roles but not limited to Quality Engineer and or Quality Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

Review designs / components determined as high risk for correct identification of Key.

Inspection Characteristics (KICs) and correct application of Geometric Dimension and
Tolerancing principles to ensure measurement and manufacturing feasibility.

Lead the design and installation of QMS, quality control procedures, sampling process, and
statistical analysis.

Responsible for coordination of quality aspects for new product development including but
not limited to on-site start-ups and tool and vendor certifications.

Develops and maintains in-line inspection criteria and data review for critical assembly
attributes as well as in line and end of line test equipment.

Assists in the formulation of quality control policies and procedures.

Use Statistical Process Control (SPC) and continuous improvement techniques to reduce
variability and achieve process control.

Perform production readiness assessments (PPAP) for all outgoing finished goods, Report
readiness status and action plans on deficiencies.

Perform standard quality auditing works and special projects as required.

This job requires you to lift up to 40 lbs, bend, twist, turn, kneel, squat, reach overhead,
perform strong pinch and grip, push-pull up to 200 lbs on carts, and stand/walk up to 10
hours per day.

Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

2+ years experience in manufacturing, fabrication, welding inspection, mechanical assembly,
or quality control preferred.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, weld symbols, mechanical layouts, and
wiring diagrams.

Proficiency using measurement tools (calipers, gauges, squares, torque wrenches).

Understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and basic electrical systems.

High attention to detail and strong documentation skills.

Strong communication, teamwork mentality and self-starter.

LEAN knowledge and or Six Sigma knowledge is a strong plus.

Quality certifications (CWI, ASQ, IPC, etc.) are a plus but not required.

Advanced knowledge of quality related tools including, but not limited to; RCA, SPC, AQP,
DOE and Quality Systems
