HVAC Install Technician

Eco is hiring an experienced HVAC Install Technician that will be part of a team that's building a more comfortable and energy-efficient future In this role, you'll work alongside your team lead to complete residential HVAC installations safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards; ensuring every customer enjoys a consistent, outstanding experience

What We're Looking For

• Complete all HVAC installations efficiently.
• Partner with your Lead Installer to meet and exceed key performance goals.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship on every job, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and correctly.
• Bring and properly use the necessary tools to perform each job to the highest standard.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site and company vehicle, leaving them better than you found them.
• Present a professional appearance and provide knowledgeable service to encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Actively participate in all training sessions, team meetings, and company events to stay current with skills and procedures.
• Train and mentor apprentices, ensuring accurate, efficient, and safe repairs and installations.
• Stay informed about the company mission, policies, guarantees, and service standards.
• Perform physically demanding tasks without restriction, in various weather and environmental elements.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing the right products, services, and guidance.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer/Technician.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent teamwork skills; a self-starter who's dependable, adaptable, and positive.
• Strong communication skills and comfort using iPads or mobile software.
• A drive to succeed individually while contributing to the team's success.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and a job done right the first time.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working at various heights, climbing ladders, and using scaffolding with proper safety gear.
• Capable of working in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold, wind) while wearing required PPE.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Must wear required PPE, including but not limited to: hard hat, safety glasses, ear protection, masks/respirators, hi-vis safety vests, gloves, and safety-toe construction boots.
