The Jersey Joint Dispensary – Glassboro, NJ

The Jersey Joint Dispensary is a fast-growing, locally owned cannabis dispensary in Glassboro, NJ. We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Inventory Coordinator to help manage product flow, accuracy, and compliance in a high-volume retail environment.

This role is critical to keeping our operations smooth, compliant, and efficient.

Position Overview

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for receiving, tracking, auditing, and maintaining accurate cannabis inventory in compliance with New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission (CRC) requirements. This position works closely with management, vendors, and the sales floor to ensure product availability and accuracy at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and verify all incoming cannabis deliveries

Accurately enter products into METRC and the POS system

Maintain precise inventory counts and conduct regular audits

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

Ensure all products are properly labeled, stored, and compliant with NJ CRC regulations

Coordinate transfers between vault, storage, and sales floor

Assist with product returns, destructions, and vendor communications

Support daily operational needs related to inventory and compliance

Maintain an organized, secure inventory space at all times

Qualifications

Previous inventory, retail, warehouse, or dispensary experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable with inventory software, POS systems, and METRC (training provided if needed)

Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs and stand for extended periods

Must be 21+ years old and able to obtain NJ cannabis employee credentials

Schedule & Compensation

Full-time position

Flexible scheduling including weekends as needed
