Job Title:
Senior Technical Project Manager

Overview:
Join a leading technology company at the forefront of identity intelligence solutions as a Senior Technical Project Manager. This critical role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact software development initiatives in a dynamic, innovative environment. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects that power real-time identification, fraud prevention, and risk mitigation solutions, driving strategic growth and technological advancement.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in technical program, project, or development management within fast-paced or startup environments
  • Proven expertise in applying Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or other development methodologies to complex software projects
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate engineering teams and manage multiple initiatives
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Deep understanding of software development processes and high-quality product delivery
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning principles and their application in software solutions
  • Technical acumen in distributed systems, integrations, and mobile solutions
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Infrastructure experience, particularly with AWS Cloud
  • Experience with deployments and cross-functional collaboration
  • Software development background with exposure to enterprise-level platforms
  • Knowledge of identity verification, fraud detection, or risk management solutions

Other Requirements:

  • Onsite presence in Seattle, 3 days per week
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with teams including engineering, data science, product, and leadership
  • Valid work authorization to work in the U.S.
