Overview
We are seeking a
Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (TA) Strategy
to lead the design, deployment, and continuous evolution of an enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy. This role is responsible for developing innovative, compliant, and scalable recruiting solutions aligned with global business needs and evolving market conditions.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep expertise in talent acquisition, TA technology, workforce planning, and change leadership. This individual will partner closely with HR Business Partners, HR functional teams, and internal Centers of Excellence to drive transformation across diverse markets and business segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Execution
- Develop and implement a multi-year, enterprise-wide TA strategy aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
- Lead strategic planning and execution of TA programs, ensuring alignment with broader HR operating models.
- Provide guidance to internal TA teams and partner with HR operations groups managing external staffing providers to ensure quality and volume of hires.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and Workforce Planning to anticipate future talent needs and build scalable, innovative recruiting solutions.
- Partner with Talent Management to:
- Align TA strategy with internal mobility, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Share market insights and external talent trends to inform capability planning.
- Build talent pipelines for critical roles that integrate sourcing strategies and career development frameworks.
Employer Branding, Pipeline Strategy & Programs
- Own the global TA scope of employer brand strategy to position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Design and execute proactive talent pipeline strategies, including early-career programs, diversity hiring, and niche talent initiatives.
- Partner with internal communications and HR operations to create compelling campaigns and elevate the candidate experience.
- Use data and analytics to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Technology & Change Management
- Collaborate with global process and HR operations leaders to identify technology solutions that support the enterprise TA strategy (no direct implementation responsibility).
- Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training for new TA initiatives.
Analysis & Controls
- Develop and manage TA budgets; identify opportunities for cost efficiency and process optimization.
- Partner with HR operations to analyze recruitment channels, vendor performance, tools, cost-per-hire, and other key metrics.
- Work with analytics teams to define dashboards and reporting tools for leadership governance meetings.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify global talent trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Evaluate competitor strategies and broader industry dynamics to strengthen TA positioning.
- Collaborate with branding and sourcing teams to enhance candidate experience and support high-volume hiring strategies.
People Leadership
- Lead a global team of TA professionals, fostering strong relationships with internal HR operations and COE teams.
- Align team goals with enterprise-wide TA strategy and business priorities.
- Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across the TA function.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, HR strategy, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to turn complex data into clear insights.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, talent behaviors, and financial and operational principles.
- Highly collaborative and influential across HR, business teams, and cross-functional partners.
- Bilingual in Portuguese preferred.
