Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for servicing a core group of customers and their related Sales contacts to achieve complete customer satisfaction while ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of their orders.
Duties & Responsibilities
Confirm purchase orders for assigned customer base using parameters provided by management
Assess and resolve pricing and quantity issues on purchase orders
Work with team members and other departments on resolving issues with orders
Correspond with customers
Use reports and other tools to maintain and track orders
Review, evaluate and research claims from customers
Provide back up support to other team members, when necessary
Perform other duties as assigned
Experience & Qualifications
HS Diploma required
1 year of relative Customer Service Experience
Knowledge of supply chain, logistics and order to cash processes is a plus
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical skills
General knowledge office software programs, such as Word and Excel and must
demonstrate strong computer skills in general.
