Warehouse Manager

Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse/Delivery Driver to join our high-end cabinet company. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, takes pride in accuracy, and can manage both warehouse operations and deliveries.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Management

• Organize and maintain warehouse layout for efficiency and safety.
• Ensure all materials are clearly labeled.
• Store cabinet jobs together with smaller items placed on upper shelves.
• Keep aisles clear and wide enough for the order picker to access all areas.
• Maintain an updated whiteboard system showing job locations.
• Keep accurate job inventories and update Dropbox daily as items change.
• Track inventory of hardware including hinges, slides, and punch-out materials.
• Label and organize all tools, toolboxes, and touch-up kits.
• Hang all drawing packets and packing lists on clipboards in the designated area.
• Maintain a clean, organized office area (conference table, TV, computer, etc.).

Daily Tasks

• Upload all photos, receipts, and packing lists at the beginning or end of each day.
• Communicate any project needs or missing items to the office daily.
• Perform a daily sweep of the warehouse to ensure cleanliness and organization.

Delivery & Equipment

• Safely load, transport, and deliver cabinets and materials to job sites utilizing a company box truck.
• Take clear pics to show no damages
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, order picker).

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse management or delivery preferred.
• Proficient with computers/IT systems for inventory tracking.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Able to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
