We are seeking an experienced BCBA (Board Certified Behavioral Analyst) to join our team who is passionate about innovation, cutting-edge research, and contributing to the growth of our field. The position will be in-clinic.

Salary and Benefits:

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively carry a caseload with a variety of ages, repertoires, and funding source requirements.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments under supervision, gaining mastery of a variety of protocols (i.e. ABBLS, VB-MAPP, BDI, Vineland), and write treatment plans based on results of assessments that effectively target short- and long-term goals, generalization and community integration.
  • Use objective data to train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians to implement plans by providing at least monthly on-site supervision for each behavior technician with each client.
  • Work collaboratively with the families you serve and other service providers for co-treatment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create an environment of on-going professional development (peer program review, contributing to research, reviewing literature, ethical discussions, etc.).

Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification required
  • Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in the field of ABA working with children with autism as a BCBA preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Positive and professional team player
  • Ability to learn and navigate computer systems necessary to manage a team and workflow remotely
  • Excel with providing positive reinforcement and constructive feedback to motivate staff and achieve desired outcomes
  • Competence in natural environment teaching preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $65.00 per hour
