Assistant Property Manager

Position Summary: We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in leasing and a passion for participating in community events. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of our luxury community and ensuring our residents have an exceptional living experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily operations of the property
• Oversee leasing processes, including showing units, processing applications, and executing leases
• Maintain positive relationships with current and prospective residents
• Participate in and help organize community events and activities
• Handle resident inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards are met
• Assist with rent collection and lease renewals
• Schedule new leasing Visits and Follow up with Guest cards
• Maintain accurate records and reports

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management or leasing
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for community involvement
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings
