Server

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and ensure customer satisfaction
- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Handle cash and credit card transactions using a cash register
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area

Experience:
- Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to handle various customer requests
- Proficiency in basic math for order taking and bill calculation
- Previous experience in food service or culinary background is advantageous
